- Analysis of internal losses - Concept development on the topic of internal losses - Close cooperation and coordination with various production areas regarding complaints - Improvement of processes between interfaces and departments
- Analysis of an existing product in terms of strengths and weaknesses - Preparation of data and development of various optimization scenarios - Presentation of results to marketing, research and development departments - Development of specific suggestions for improvement
