My journey covers every step–from packaging innovation, packaging production, packaging process, recycling, and waste processing, to system integration and digital transformation for industry leaders. With a background as consultant, founder, sales leader, and now CSO, I have built teams, led turnarounds, and driven growth at every stage of the value chain. I guide founder-led start-ups and SMEs and now lead transformation at a global recycling technology company. My approach is always practical and direct, focused on real results for operators and industry leaders. Each role, from consulting to executive leadership, adds fresh insight to solving today’s challenges. It all began in 1948 with the planning and production of machines and systems for the wood industry. Today, more than 70 years later, as a specialist in shredding technology and system construction, I produce cutting-edge solutions for waste management. My product portfolio ranges from stationary and mobile shredders to system solutions for plastics recycling and the production of substitute fuels for thermal recycling. Still family-run, the company has always maintained its production site in Spittal an der Drau in Carinthia, Austria, where we have recently invested in a new plant with the latest robotics and automation systems to ensure production quality, productivity, and efficiency. Outside of work, I pursue new depths–literally. I dive, even with sharks, bringing that same curiosity and focus to every business challenge. Travel and adventure shape my perspective and resilience, making me a steady partner for teams facing uncertainty.
