I’m currently part of the Operations and HR team at Baumann Consulting, where I contribute to projects such as QMS certification, onboarding, data analysis, and general business operations. My work here allows me to apply both my business knowledge and technical skills to support a dynamic and mission-driven consulting environment. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Milligan University. Prior to my academic journey in the U.S., I gained hands-on technical experience at Maschinenfabrik Vollmer GmbH in Germany, where I worked as a mechanic trainee. During this time, I developed strong skills in CNC programming, machine assembly based on technical drawings, and cross-functional teamwork, giving me a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards. Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about cycling—a sport that has shaped my character and personal values. Over the past eight years, I’ve raced competitively in both Europe and the United States, gaining valuable lessons in discipline, leadership, mental resilience, and the value of perseverance through challenging circumstances. With a blend of business, technical, and athletic experience, I’m motivated by growth, continuous learning, and contributing to purposeful work in both professional and personal arenas.
