As CDO at TKE I am a member of TK Elevator’s Global Senior Leadership Team, and I am excited to further strengthen our focus on digitalization to drive innovations, growth and increase productivity in the next phase of our digitalization journey. Leading an amazing global team of >1000 digital experts (Business, Design, SW-engineering, Data); We partner with ZEISS business units to develop and scale digital/data solutions and leading cloud platform solutions and to drive e2e business transformation enabled by tech; We extend our partnership to external customers at every stage of their digitalization project to create top-quality tailored digital solutions We work and strive in a global setup with teams in Germany, Hungary, India, US and China We drive/co-drive all aspects of relevance for successful digital business transformation at a x-ZEISS-level (e.g., Digital Transformation Training, new tech and process solutions to enable ecosystem success, hiring for digital)
Grew the Team to 130 digital experts (Business, Design, Software, Data) and strengthened the partnership with the business to, as well as Corporate IT, to design, develop and scale desirable, viable and feasible digital/data solutions across manufacturing, healthcare and research markets Established, formed and anchored the x-ZEISS DTO group (Digital Transformation Officer) Strengthened co-operation with external partners and negotiated joined the strategic partnership with Microsoft Corporation for better patient care through data-driven healthcare and to enhance quality and efficiency in manufacturing
Responsible for building up the newly formed unit, that partners with ZEISS business units to accelerate the digital transformation and cultural change of ZEISS Responsible for building up the team of leading digital talent (Business + Ecosystem, Design Thinking/UX/UI, SW-engineering, Data) from 2 to 60 colleagues Collaboratively with the business units ideated, defined, developed (MVP) and started to scale digital customer facing (cloud first) solutions
