• Leader in Sales, Operations, and Recruitment at Express Car Wash. • Leadership in Red Carpet Customer Service across 3 locations resulted in increased conversion rates (25%+), and achieved company wide recognition for our net promoter score performance; these being our two essential KPIs. • Improved site safety, and trained local leadership on maintenance/safety successes.
• Awarded W.O.S.T.A.R. of the month recognition across all stores three times due to partnership and event successes, as well as due to sales/customer service successes, such as leading all locations in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Achieved recognition of our location as the stores second flagship, due to our first class merchandising and outside the toy-box product demoing. • As the VIP Host for the company I was responsible for sharing the magic with partners, target investors and other VIPs. Campus Safety Alliance is a constitutional body at UCLA apart of ASUCLA and the Undergraduate Student Association, it is primarily (as voting members) composed of cultural, community based and safety related organizations. Campus Safety Alliance works with/adjacent to Title IX, ASUCLA, UCLA Environment, Health and Safety, as well as the Administrative Vice Chancellor, and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs who are parties mandated to be apart of the alliance. We connect community safety concerns to answers and actions through appropriate channels. As director, for three years, I have led a variety of teams, coordinating outreach, transparency, social media, town halls, educational series, and public health and safety communications to students.
