My most recent experience is with law firms. But I've created written and visual content for a wide range of audiences - from citizens and small-business owners to HR professionals, procurement people and board members. I'm equally at home evaluating the work of others and, where necessary, stripping out verbosity and reducing complexity. I don't operate alone though. I've managed large digital content-creation projects, working with translators, designers and fellow content creators all at the same time.
