I work with local authorities to help them make better, more informed decisions about their technology, investment and long-term direction. With over a decade in the public sector, I support councils in shaping and delivering outcome-led IT strategies. This often involves balancing financial pressure, service demand and organisational complexity, while ensuring technology enables better services for residents. I partner with teams across large and complex council environments, bringing a pragmatic, joined-up view across infrastructure, networks, cloud, end user environments, and core platforms. A big part of my role is helping organisations get more value from what they already have, particularly where significant investment exists in platforms such as Microsoft and Oracle. More recently, I’ve also been supporting conversations around how councils can make practical use of data and emerging AI capabilities, without overcomplicating delivery or losing sight of outcomes. My approach is straightforward — keep things grounded, focus on what will make a meaningful difference, and support teams to make confident, well-informed decisions.
