I'm a litigation associate at Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office, where I work on a range of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts representing clients in high-stakes disputes and investigations. I have extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, pre- and post-trial briefs, and second-chairing and taking depositions to elicit favorable testimony, helping to build strong and persuasive cases for my clients. One of the highlights of my career has been representing R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in a multi-state arbitration under the 1998 Master Settlement Agreement with various U.S. states and territories in which R.J. Reynolds and other tobacco company signatories seek a reduction of hundreds of millions of dollars in their annual settlement payments. This work involves navigating intricate legal and factual issues, collaborating with co-counsel and experts, and engaging in meticulous case preparation. I enjoy helping clients navigate complex disputes and work toward practical, strategic outcomes.
