I am an outside the box thinker that excels at details and big-picture concepts. My core skills include Risk Management, Project Management and Training Development and Teaching. Designations include Project Management Professional (PMP), Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) certification, Level I Certified Thermographer, Woodstove inspections (WETT), and as a certified BOMA BEST 3.0 Verifier. I have taught internal staff and external groups varied topics including technical skills. Development of training material for in person and online course delivery, and documentation creation are part of my skillset. I have managed teams upwards of 100 inspectors, and created and implemented audit and QA processes to analyze and identify key metrics and areas of improvements. Project Management experience includes working on new company offerings, working with IT on systems, and various other strategic initiatives. Volunteering is also very important to me. Including being on the WETT Board of Directors, the Vice Chair for the JB106 CSA Committee, and voting members on various other ULC and UL committees.

BOMA BESt Program verifier auditing properties across Central and Southern Ontario. Complete Custom Inspections of Commercial and Industrial locations with focus on Property, Liability, Environmental, Sprinkler, and Course of Construction risks.
Training and Development of Commercial Skills Enhancement for existing and new inspectors. Consulting and design assistance with testing for new inspection management platform. Training of field staff through in-house and webinar on system operation. Development of training materials and manuals for inspectors in commercial, manufacturing, cooking, sprinkler and spray application topics. Quality Analysis of Commercial Inspectors work. Field Auditing of Existing Inspector Workforce. Highly Protected Risk (HPR) assessments with detailed custom reporting. Design and implementation of detailed commercial valuation / assessment format and implementation to inspectors.
