I am currently a MIS Officer at Perth & Kinross council and I have a HND in business. I have excellent communication skills which I use to speak to internal and external customers. I am hard working and motivated individual who is excellent with working with the general public and as part of a team and is keen to learn new skills and ways to improve myself. I have outstanding time keeping and I hate being late. I do what is expected of me plus more, I have a great intrest in problem solving, lateral thinking and I have a love for solving puzzles.

      In this role, I worked in the Community Alarms team, where I ran referrals for new and exciting clients who wanted a community alarm or additional equipment for the team to install. I also handled ordering everything for the team. I also produced reports and maintained databases for the team to use. Also as a clerical I had many other smaller jobs I had to do to make sure everything runs smoothly.
