Santia are the UK's leading provider of Health, Safety, Environmental and Hospitality Food Safety training both in the UK and internationally. Responsible for finding delegates to attend a range of accredited Health & Safety courses (IOSH, NEBOSH & IEMA) at Santia's London based venues. Also provided information on available eLearning courses and the benefits of the online learning platform.
With my experience as an AM, I was responsible for ensuring all campaigns ran successfully by meeting regularly with the AM team. If a campaign was not up to scratch, I would advise on how to improve and check in each day to monitor the results after the amendments were made. I supervised the monitoring of all campaigns across the AM team by helping with their client’s target, message and the overall set up of the campaign. As the team grew, my time was also spent training the new AMs. I was at hand to run through each step of the campaign procedure with the new members and offered advice on how to set up campaigns quickly to deal with the high demand. Once the new AM was assigned their first client, I would sit with them throughout the initial campaign to ensure they were comfortable with the process. Along with the additional responsibilities that the role of a Senior Account Manager brought, my position as an AM still remained. My time was spent with Key Accounts – globally. I enjoyed keeping a great relationship with my clients and worked hard to keep the results of all campaigns at a high standard.
xibo is the premier provider of social media marketing for the conference industry helping clients reach their target audience through innovative marketing strategies. My role as an AM consisted of ensuring all campaigns ran smoothly. Through direct communication with the client and by working closely with the operations team, I found their target audience and helped create the perfect message. I analysed the performance of each campaign, suggested improvements if needed and updated the client each day with a brief report. Due to xibo’s ever expanding clientele, I worked with a majority of new clients. It was important that their first campaign was a success; therefore time was spent explaining the process in great detail and regularly contacting the client with updates – keeping them in the loop.
