Since settling in Europe, have provided language services to public-sector institutes, think tanks and industry. Was responsible for managing 6 to 14 translators - from purchasing, work scheduling, QA checking, complaints and coordination of back-up translators. Also did all German-to-English content in addition to project lead role. Direct report was Lars Hinrichs.
