About

I am a Chief Information Officer with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide IT change management and Continuous Process Improvements driven by innovations in application software. I currently manage 30 direct reports across nine regions and two countries to support technology initiatives for a 550,000-member organization. My overarching strategy is to automate manual processes to enable user self-service, empowering leadership and employees to work remotely in secure, reliable environments. In my current role, I led a business transformation initiative to migrate 100% of internal infrastructure to the AWS Cloud, facilitating the ability to scale on demand and lower costs. I founded an Analytics team to enhance decision-making based on data insights, utilizing tools such as Tableau and Snowflake to analyze engagement campaigns. I have also overseen the automation of over 40 legacy systems into a single low-code platform (Appian), enabling access across web browsers and mobile devices.     Enterprise Digital Transformation: Led the automation of over 40 legacy systems to a single low-code platform (Appian), enabling access across web browsers and mobile devices.
