Manage and control all logistics and warehousing functions for local branch. Duties include delivery driver, inventory control, contact between customers, warehouse, and upper management. Direct all warehouse activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. X
I oversee a team of 30-40 CDL A drivers, acting as main point of contact. My duties include dispatch, research and resolve driver payroll issues, liaison between the drivers, customers, suppliers, and upper management.
I was responsible for dispatching drivers, monitoring deliveries, communication with drivers, identify, explain, and resolve driver pay issues, and otherwise act as the main point of contact to resolve any additional driver issues
