Serve as a trusted Risk Advisor to two Senior Vice Presidents, providing strategic guidance on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across their portfolios. Partner with cross-functional business units to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while strengthening overall risk posture. Recognized for driving collaboration, delivering actionable insights, and enabling informed decision-making at the executive level. • Currently a Risk advisor who supports two Senior Vice President of IT Products and Services and Enterprise Technology Governance - providing expert guidance on risk-based decisions across various landscapes: issues management, internal audits, Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), and third-party risk management. • Strengthen organizational risk posture by driving collaboration, enhancing visibility into emerging risk, and promoting proactive risk management practices. • Lead cloud migration efforts to evaluate and assess risk surrounding the IT environment: information governance, information security, and technology and process improvements. • Led multiple end-to-end initiatives, including the 2024 Risk Alignment Project and Risk Advisory Program by managing scope, resources, and timelines to meet organizational demand. • Provide program-level efforts to assess risk in the IT environment, coordinate and oversee the IT Risk Register. • Sole point of contact for Issues Management and prepared all slides presented to senior leadership. • Perform detailed risk assessments of various IT implementations including technology, adherence, and control processes, document, and present identified risk, potential and/or actual impact, possible remediation, and tracking remediation. • Coordinate with technical subject matter experts to analyze changes in policies, procedures, and products; determine the impact on the group functions.
At ADP, I collaborated with the internal account team to ensure seamless client upgrades. I'm responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide information about support improvement initiatives. Additionally, I oversee the performance and day-to-day duties of the direct support team and provide ongoing training and support to the account team. Some notable accomplishments in this role include: • Developed and implemented new procedures to address process gaps and increase efficiency. • Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues, as required • Quickly adapted to the role’s demands and became the sole point of contact for prescreens and data cleanup for the upgrades team. • Responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished. • Collaborate with multiple Implementation Leads in a matrixed organization to establish milestones and ensure the project operates in accordance with set deadlines. • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders via weekly status calls. • Provide scheduled and on-demand reports and updates.
In this role, I was responsible for assessing the quality and efficiency of internal strategies and measurement systems. I gathered and analyzed data to employ process changes and improvements and developed internal process documentation to be referenced by internal teams. I was able to utilize multiple tracking tools to oversee the progress of ongoing projects in addition to overseeing time and attendance for over 500 employees. Some notable accomplishments in this role include: • Developed an attrition report for multiple departments allowing senior leadership to view live attrition rates. • I generated and distributed instructions for standard operating procedures to maintain cross-departmental communication and accuracy. • I facilitated the first-ever new hire training class for the Escalated Call Unit. • I oversaw all aspects of the production of an important video alongside senior leadership to be showcased in the Capitol One lobby.
