Collaborate with clients to design and build custom furniture, architectural millwork, and cabinetry in residential and commercial spaces.
-Maintain daily log, progress photos, and weekly reports/inspection logs. -Assist General Superintendent and PM in scheduling subcontractors and sequencing work properly. -Oversee construction work and ensure it is being performed according to plan. -Schedule inspections with local housing jurisdiction and third party testing agencies. -Lead weekly subcontractor meetings. -Create and track RFIs. -Maintain a safe, clean and orderly job site. -Communicate, implement and enforce company safety policy. -Possess a deep understanding of all plans and specifications. -Maintain good working relationships with subcontractors, design team, ownership, and local agencies.
