Suits Me also operates with a range of cash back retailers including ASDA, Argos, B&Q, M&S and Halfords. Previous co founder and eventually sole shareholder of the de Poel group of companies now GRI UK Limited. I sold de Poel in its entirety to Bain Capital in January 2018 having maintained control of the business during a Management Buy In in September 2016. Achievements: - Suits me has won Recruitment Internationals Best for Banking & Financial Services Award 2018 and Best Business Card Programme 2016 as judged at the Card and Payment Awards. During my time as CEO at de Poel it recorded record profits in excess of £8 million EBITDA. The group’s blistering growth led to awards, accolades and high-profile media coverage, including the BBC’s prestigious, The Bottom Line programme. de Poel ranked within the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For, for the last three consecutive years, and the Sunday Times Top Track in 2011 and 2012. de Poel was placed 16th in the Sunday Times Profit Fast Track 100 league table in 2013, and Finalist in the MEN Business of the Year Awards 2012.
