I am a service chair for my fraternity. I create, plan, attend and manage service opportunities and philanthropy events. This has included a cookie delivery fundraiser, a sorority volleyball tournament, and Buddy Up Tennis. All proceeds of philanthropy events go to The Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence.
Worked to improve the project intake and management process for the Operations and Service Management (OSM) team for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security(EOTSS). I implemented improvements to the project management process from input I gathered from discussions with the senior directors. I researched, created, and presented a new project intake and management process that focused on a more agile and sprint-oriented approach. I also monitored and managed project organization for the OSM team.
