With over 10 years of experience in IT management, I have led and supported multiple projects and teams at Lee Auto Malls, one of the largest automotive dealerships in Maine. As an IT manager, I was responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure, security, and backup systems, as well as providing help desk support and training to the staff. I have also earned several certifications, including CompTIA Network+, Ethical Hacking, and Career Essentials in System Administration, to enhance my skills and knowledge in the ever-changing IT field. I have successfully implemented and managed several security solutions and cloud services for the company. I am a collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful IT professional, who enjoys solving complex problems and learning new technologies.
