Experience in chartering, operating vessels and port agency. I have a proven record of managing and building first class teams in very high volume, high pressure offices. Extensive network in the U.S. Gulf region with my main specialty being the Mississippi River. Experience includes all types of ships from ro-ro and heavy lift to dry bulk and tankers. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of U.S. Government regulations pertaining to both U.S. and Foreign flagged vessels, cargo and crew.
