With over 7 years of experience in HSSE management, I am passionate about ensuring safety and sustainability in the energy industry. As the Sales & Marketing HSSE Manager for the Americas at Shell, I support the development and implementation of HSSE strategies, policies, and standards for the region. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Shell's vision and values. Previously, I served as the Global HSSE & Assurance Manager and the HSSE and Operations Manager at Shell, where I managed the HSSE performance and assurance of various businesses and projects, and delivered multiple initiatives to improve HSSE culture, systems, and processes. I have a strong background in program management and behavioral safety, and I have developed skills in industrial and workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance.
