Matthew Richard is a litigation attorney at Gavrilov & Brooks. Matthew is involved in the firm’s trial and appellate practices. Matthew represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in shareholder derivative suits, trade secrets disputes, employment actions, insurance bad faith, and complex business litigation. Matthew is admitted to practice before all Superior Courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
