In this position I am responsible for maintaining and managing the outdoor maintenance of the allotment (over 40+ houses). As well as doing all landscaping and outdoor maintenance for residents.
In this role I am assistant site manager. My duties are to train new and current employees. Make sure the site is up to date on the up keep and assist all customers daily while visiting our site.
In this position I am responsible for leading a team and taking care of daily operations at the site. I am responsible for giving all customers top satisfaction each visit to our site. Also in this position I am responsible for training new and current team members.
In this position my role is to give the customer the best experience possible while visiting our site. I also tend to sales to the customers and converting daily customers into the monthly membership customers.
I had started and ran a small lawn care company with over 45+ clients weekly and bi-weekly. In this position I was able to form professionalism and experience at a young age. As I was able to do something I loved and called it work and made it something bigger then I thought I ever could.
