About

I am an Azure AD and Office 365 engineer with an extensive range of technical skills and experience, coming from an infrastructure background looking after large scope of servers and applications in both hosted and cloud environments. In my previous roles I have been working on a large transformation project which had seen me become the subject matter expert (SME) for Azure AD and Office 365 (O365) during the implementation and migration of the service. I have gained a lot of hands on experience of how to manage Office 365 in an enterprise environment for 15,000 users. I have played a consultative role within the transformation team in helping to decide the direction we should go with a number of technical enablers, such as Windows 10 and Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S). As part of my role as SME for Azure AD and O365 I also sat on the Design Working Group which discusses new features and the impact of turning it them on, and how to drive user adoption. In my current role as a delivery consultant I have had to adapt quickly to new environments and different technology stacks so there's a lot of learning on the go, to enable that the solutions can be delivered within the SLA of the project. I view myself as an effective problem solver. Managing priorities of my workloads effectively, allows me to adhere to service level agreements and project deadlines. Being customer focused and a good communicator allows me to liaise with staff at all levels of seniority within an organisation. I am self-motivated, enjoy a challenge and am committed to developing my technical knowledge and experience.
