When Takeaway.com and Just Eat merged, I was asked to lead a project to consolidate the newly formed companies data to a global platform for Financial, Operations, Customer, and Countries KPI data.
I was a member of the SkipTheDishes Executive team leading Product and leading the Global Operations Product team for Just Eat. During my time with SkipTheDishes, we were the #1 app built in Canada. Canadian Food Delivery market leader (competing against DoorDash and UberEats). We grew orders by over 650% - while significantly growing the profitability of the company. During this time, I was awarded the annual Just Eat company wide "Get it Done" award for being the go-to person to deliver major projects that moved the companies metrics.
