• Open and close buildings to designated times • Secure the building ensuring colleague safety including security and H&S checks of the buildings • Cover reception when needed; o Answering the phone and intercom o Greeting guests o Assisting with events • Monitor access levels and CCTV • Assisting with other departments with chauffeuring guests • Building reports and feeding these back to management • Correlating documentation of FOH and ensuring this stayed up to date
