I lead a team of NPD Packaging Technologists and Change Control Technicians, who project manage branded global product and pack introductions for some of the biggest spirit brands in the alcohol industry. My team’s responsibilities include all aspects of material development, liquid co-ordination and trialling. Ensuring technical capability in accordance with the project brief, so that the final product is developed within the defined NPD Process and delivered - ˜fit for purpose', on-time and within budget.
