I have experience in several different fields including benefit administration, project management, business development and human resource management. Work closely with over 17 clients to implement retirement advice services for their 401(k) plans. Manage ongoing retirement plan changes for our 36 clients. Co-lead external acceptance testing of advisory services with key client stakeholders. Collect key fund information of each plan's investment lineup. Develop test scenarios and execute testing of the advisory services software. Championed lean initiative to meet delivery Service Level Agreements and reduce implementation timeline by three weeks.
Accountable for the overall construction (system analysis, configuration, and quality) of 401(k) plans on Aon Hewitt's proprietary benefits system for up to 3 clients simultaneously. Manage projects simultaneously with the largest budgets reaching $500,000. Organized annual meeting with the client to strategize year end processing of their 20 files. Mentored two Setup Configuration Analysts and a System Analyst to a promotion. Key contributor in a pilot program designed to improve quality for client deliverables.
