I’m 19 years old and currently working in a pub as a bartender and server, after deciding not to attend university. In my current role I thrive in dynamic environments where teamwork and communication are essential. My experience in the hospitality industry has sharpened my ability to connect with people and deliver exceptional service, all while fostering a positive atmosphere. I'm passionate about transitioning into digital marketing, where I can blend my creative skills with my analytical skills. I spent over a year working for serve legal as a mystery shopper and auditor. I primarily audited clients on their challenge 25 policies and then wrote reports on each audit I completed. This involved working with many clients and a large management team remotely.
I spent 5 months in Canada working as a ski instructor, after training and completing my CSIA level 1 and 2 instructing qualifications.
I spent a week doing work experience with the business insights team at Arup, where I shadowed members of the team and engaged in meetings as-well as helping to analyse audits they’d been completing.
