- Created an excel spreadsheet of all the marketing events WSFS hosted as well as attended in the year 2020 and 2021. The excel showed detail descriptions of each event they host/attended, how much it cost for hosting/attending the event, how well WSFS performed during and after the event, and an overall evaluation if WSFS should do this event again in the future. Overall this spreadsheet provided the pros and cons of each marketing event WSFS hosted/attended. -Organized, through excel, all of WSFS's future marketing events for the rest of 2021 and first half of 2022, as well as provide details of who is attending the events, a breakdown of how much the event will cost to host/attend, and what future impact this event will have if we host/attend an event.
- Handle customers' account transactions, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing accounts. - Identify all customer needs, provide necessary information on new products and services WSFS offers, and direct customers to branch representatives if interested. - Meet and exceed bank service standards and policies, greeting and acknowledging all customers warmly, and making each customer feel welcomed while complying with bank procedures and security protocols. - Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests on all transactions. - Provide a high level of customer service, providing answers and assistance with a smile.
