I am an experienced corporate lawyer and company secretary with a deep level of exposure to managing the legal affairs of high profile organisations in heavily regulated sectors. I provide practical legal, risk and governance advice informed by extensive commercial and strategic experience. Specifically I have over 25 years’ legal experience, the last 20 of which have been in-house and included company secretarial roles. These positions have been in a variety of industries, including 10 years with resource related companies, 2 of which were ASX listed and 7.5 years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Bankwest.
