Executed a comprehensive 3-year media strategy, delivering diverse content to over 140 official broadcasters for TV, social media, and OTT platforms. Executive Produced the official FIFA World Cup TV Magazine Show, delivering 22 episodes that increased global viewership and enhanced brand reach. Created custom content for FIFA's commercial partners, including in-flight entertainment for Qatar Airways, facilitated filming locations in Doha, and produced dedicated footage for commercial campaigns. Directed and coordinated local film crews capturing content for the FIFA Content Division and Local Organizing Committee. Provided expert consultancy for in-stadium Sport Presentation operations, optimizing the fan experience at venues. Led RFP processes and contract negotiations with local vendors, contributing to the event's overall success.
