I enjoy puzzles and problem solving. Troubleshooting and resolving computer issues, whether hardware, software, or user related issues are basically a giant puzzle that I separate out and reorganize until it works together cohesively. I am very personable. I enjoy working with all varieties of people and being able to relate to the issue and provide some sort of resolution, regardless of their technical comprehension level. I am looking for somewhere to grow, learn, and push my boundaries in knowledge and work. I don't mind traveling for work, and I am willing to relocate if needed.
