· Lead Compensation tracks driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to: compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing · Facilitating large audiences/global stakeholders through design workshops to collect requirements for a more harmonized or optimal future state · Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements · Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday Compensation project for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews · Serve as a Workday Compensation expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent, and future product direction
• Serves as the principal adviser to commanders at all levels in the areas of field medical operations and evacuation. • Directs and coordinates staff functions pertaining to health services plans, operations, intelligence, security, and training.
• Second in Command of over 80 Soldiers in the Area Support Medical Company. They consist of medics and healthcare providers to administrative support that provide medical treatment and coverage to surrounding units. • Directly Responsible for the training, welfare, and administrative readiness of more than 80 personnel.
• Serves as an advisor to the Commander on the subject of supporting Health Services operations. • Plans and directs the activities of the Company’s personnel. • Develops the Company’s Training schedule within the Battalion’s guidance utilizing the Commander’s intent.

•Oversee the implementation and completion of the merit process (Workday Shared Participation) for 20,000+ employees with a budget of $40+ million. •Partnered with Workday consultants and departmental leads within Memorial Hermann to gather system requirements, design and configure business processes, and identify areas in need of improvement/optimization. •Created and completed test scripts to verify functionality is working as designed and corrected errors within prototype tenants while tracking findings within HP Quality Center database. Produced additional test scripts and proctored UAT testing. •Teamed up with other departmental leads to test cross-functional areas. •Formulated and delivered training materials for initial system launch as well provide continuous departmental training for 100+ HR Partners and 1500+ hiring managers •Identify and test new functionality offered within bi-annual release events and continue to serve as primary SME for Workday compensation and position management for cross-functional testing •Troubleshoot and provide resolutions in live Workday environment. Developed tips and tricks videos for HR Shared Services representatives for faster and more effective resolutions of “help desk” type issues and escalate complicated issues to myself. •Serve as primary “report writer” within Compensation to build custom reports needed in weekly, monthly and quarterly operational meetings and Advanced Compensation processes for HR and Leaders, to include merit salary planning and annual bonuses. •Extensive experience creating calculated fields in Workday and configuring compensation Eligibility Rules for Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation functionalities. •Utilize vertical lookups and pivot tables within MS Excel to expand data and create custom dashboards •Solely Administers a sales bonus plan encompassing 80+ employees and paying out $800K+ annually working directly with the EVP, Chief Strategy Officer

Compensation and HR Technology • Supported System Executive with Compensation and HRIS projects to include working with external Executive Compensation Consultants by gathering and reporting base pay, STI, LTI, Deferred Comp, and PTO data. • Identifies and responds to problems with appropriate action and follow-up. Reviews departmental process to seek improvement. • Determines and addresses needs of employees, management, and staff; responds promptly to inquiries. • Maintains and updates files for Compensation and HRIS departments. Compiles and enters information into HR Systems and prepares reports when necessary. • Manages and performs departmental general office duties as necessary: filing, distributing mail, etc.
• Register and Pre-Register patients for outpatient radiology, Cath Lab, and Sleep Lab • Calculate and Collect co-pay and co-insurance in person and over the phone • Represents hospital as the focal point for all initial communications • Conduct patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms, and obtain signatures and payments • Schedule outpatient radiology, Cath Lab, and Sleep Lab procedures • Quick register and follow-up with patients in the Emergency Room at front desk • Solely responsible for pre-registering, calling patients about benefits, registering, and updating patients for the Sleep Lab while directly keeping the director informed on her patient’s financial statuses • Conduct peer interviews and assist in screening applicant resumes for vacant positions
