After graduating from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University with a major in Supply Chain Operations Management and a minor in Business Management & Leadership I joined Arrive Logistics as a Carrier Sales Representative in Chicago, Illinois. I am now serving as a Global Sourcing Associate at Invenergy LLC. Responsible for establishing and growing Arrive's reputation as a Third Party Logistics provider to trucking companies across the country. Utilizing our Accelerate software, I am able to work with thousands of distinct carriers on lead generation activities and research to establish long term relationships and additional growth opportunities.
Responsible for evaluating the operational efficiency of 25+ driver routes to find potential improvement areas with various systems (i.e. Matrix & OmniTracks). Also, organizing and remodeling company documentation procedures regarding driver and compliance forms. Accomplishments: • Remodeled site specific safety procedures & BBS protocol with DHL team members as part of the Capstone Project • Standardized reporting documents and operating sequences for over 8 sites throughout Ohio
Responsible for aiding supervisors in the development and execution of company-wide regulations and advancements, assisting current employees in terms of the relationship between their supervisors or HR personnel, and relevant data entries for newly hired employees. Accomplishments: • Implemented a new system for over 400 employees to give suggestions to enhance workplace efficiency • Launched 20 Wellness Campaigns for employees detailing how to achieve mental and physical wellness
Responsible for effectively communicating with other staff members to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for over 250 visitors, examining identification of all patrons entering and exiting the bar throughout the day, and educating newly hired employees the regulations and responsibilities for the position.
