After 2 years of teacher training, I taught yoga classes in various centres in Dublin. I led workshops and have also taught private lessons, a Men’s class and teenagers. In addition, for 1 year, I assisted in a regular yoga therapy class for people with ongoing medical conditions. • In 2017 I achieved the Junior Intermediate Level 1 teaching certificate. • In 2019 I achieved the Junior Intermediate Level 2 teaching certificate.
