If customer service had an Olympics I would at least make the qualifiers! Out of my 10+ years of work experience, all of them have included customer service in some form or fashion. I am passionate about providing people the best possible experience when they encounter any service I provide. I don't care if you remember the name, but I want you walking away knowing that you were well taken care of! I have an insatiable appetite when it comes to learning as I am always seeking out knowledge through books, videos, conferences, mentors and daily articles Google has learned to provide me with! I am committed to growth and continue to advance myself anyway possible professionally. I want to lay my head down on my pillow at night empty from pouring out everything I had to offer that day, and proud of what I was able to accomplish through that determination. I am devoted to inspiring those around me whether that is through a positive mental attitude, humor, knowledge, or the way I conduct myself day in and day out. I discovered early on that we are all leaders, some of us are just given titles by society so it is recognized more easily than others. I know that I have an impact where ever I go, so I choose to make sure it is positive!
