My experience in the public service and a technology start-up has taught me how to build a team culture which can solve complex social and environmental challenges. My career in public policy, project management, sales, start-up entrepreneurship and government 2.0 has spanned 15 years. Since 2013 I have delivered over 300 community engagement projects across the public sector. My work has led to radical increases in positive reputation for government agencies and created new opportunities for collaborative policy development and design. I spend my spare time in the community banking sector.
We are your Community Bank owned and operated by Maldon & District Financial Services Ltd (MDFSL), a locally owned company established by locals in 1999 when the big banks left town. Our partner Bendigo Bank provides our banking services at our main branch in Maldon and our Customer Service Centre in Dunolly.

Youthlaw is a community legal service empowering young people to realise their potential contribute positively to society. We do this by giving young people a voice - and teach them how to speak for themselves, address vulnerability in an integrated way with other front line services and promote change through education, representation and policy reform. My role is to facilitate a 3-5 year strategic plan and support fund-raising initiatives.
Designed and implemented a land-use planning strategy for environmental watch-dog, the EPA. Highlight: Revised two decade old policy for "separation distances" and influenced planning reform at a State level preventing vexed land-use conflicts, urban/industrial encroachment.
Designed a $20M investment fund supporting business transition to zero waste. Fund focused on research & development, capacity building and capital funding in multiple industry sectors including auto, construction, material manufacturing and food & beverage.
Consulted and advised hazwaste sector on funding opportunities for $30M HazWaste Fund program. Reviewed and assessed projects and recommended funding to advisory board. Technical and financial assessment of waste solutions, including financial due diligence.
