North Star has the UK's largest owned and operated fleet of OSV’s with 47 vessels in operation and has ~1400 FTE. North Star is also the UK's leading provider of Service Operations Vessels with eight vessels within the fleet. Reporting to the Main Board, main responsibilities included: - • The overall leadership and management of the business with full P&L ownership and budget responsibility. • Execution of business strategy for the organisation. • Engagement with all key stakeholders. • Identifying both organic and M&A growth opportunities. • Leadership responsibilities for all functions including QHSE.
