Werkx was founded on the commitment to innovate the much overdue job board space. By creating a hiring platform that leverages verified digital credentials (vs the self attested skills listed on resumes and LinkedIn that recruiters rely on), Werkx aimed to pave the way for faster, more reliable hiring in the AI era. Our “TSA PreCheck for Jobs” model was designed to revolutionize how companies screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a greater transparency and experience for candidates while delivering true peace of mind for companies hiring workers.
As the Global Head of Talent at Fetch, I took on the challenge of leading hiring initiatives that scaled the company from 280 to over 1,100 employees within just two years, while shifting the organization to a data-driven, and mature hiring function that exceeded hiring targets and enhanced internal mobility. I also contributed to the Series D pitch presentation to SoftBank that led to $240 million raised in equity and debt at a valuation greater than $2.5 billion. Fetch became ranked up to #1 in Free Apps and was consistently top 10 in Shopping Apps and is currently a Series E funded mobile shopping platform that rewards shoppers for buying the brands they love.
