• Drove the delivery of Phase 1 Clarify Decommissioning of the Heritage Fixed Decommissioning programme (£2.65m FY21/22). This was a complex transformation programme with many moving parts which required regular communications with Senior UK and Global stakeholders. • Acted as UK IT Lead Delivery Manager for the SD-WAN (Software Defined Networks) programme (£5.5m budget). The UK SD-WAN foundation product launched in Q3 2019 and I was responsible for managing and delivering a number of UK IT work streams to support the ‘RUN’ Launch. I went onto successfully managed the delivery of several complex key feature IT enhancements (Release 1, 2 and 3) for SD-WAN on time and in budget • Responsible for managing and successfully delivering the new VOST (Vodafone Order Status Tracker) IT application. The tool was very well received from across both UK VBTS and Group business with Senior Management stakeholders (including Head of Technology Enterprise Services) realising its potential and the significant benefits the tool can bring. Worked closely with our TCS vendor to ensure better alignment and improved communication. • Took over as Vodafone Infrastructure Lead in Feb/March 2016 on the Vector Programme and was responsible for ensuring this work stream was proactively managed to get all infrastructure requirements delivered.

This was undertaken as a CC-Internal project so that new standards, processes and procedures could be prioritised and implemented in a time-phased and controlled manner. The establishment of a PPMO in Nationwide will enable CC to deliver all projects in a coordinated environment under a single governance structure • Responsible for managing the Admin Office IT Windows 7 Refresh project for Nationwide which involved replacing the admin office XP PCs with Windows 7 PCs. Successfully deployed 708 new Windows 7 PCs across 5 sites over 2-week period • Responsible for providing Pre-Sales Project Management input into a new professional services offering. The proposal centred around producing high and low level design documentation to support the delivery of Cisco Nexus devices within the client’s Data Centres for their end client
