Acting within a Professional Services Manager capacity, collaborating with NAB’s engineering and project services communities to manage and govern the supply of professional services for NAB vendors from initial engagement through to end delivery of projects. Driving improvements with supplier project processes and internal delivery teams.
Business Analyst in Enterprise Technology. Worked within a multi-million dollar program to deliver new technology to physical premises across Australia. This involved choosing, fitting out and configuring the technology in three brand new head office buildings. Within this, acted as the Stream Lead for the new digital offering of lockers and assisted in a BA capacity for the new Visitor Registration system.
Through a university capstone subject, our student led team of six completed a year long software project. Ending in the creation of a checklist and troubleshooting maintenance application, with the administrator access via a website and the maintenance staff via a mobile application. Gaining experience from being both a project manager and client liaison.
