My main responsibilities were to improve the marketing efficiency and effectiveness across North America and UK. Key Achievements: Developed a marketing dashboard which was used at senior board level which included metrics for: total marketing pipeline broken down by new business, existing business and renewals for UK/Ireland against company wide goals. Managed an offshore team to maintain and further develop this dashboard. Designed and implementing new dashboards to show marketing performance on new product releases. Streamlined the existing reporting and creating a global structure for dashboards. Implemented benchmarking and advised the Marketing Department on opportunities to drive sales.
I had 3 main areas of responsibility: Data extraction for campaigns. Data Analysis – Ran in-depth analysis over the transactional data, users, CRM data to help with new business, up-sell, cross-sell opportunities and identified trends in product usage to aid customer retention. Automated time intensive processes and automate them, for example several campaigns which took 3-4 days of manual manipulation within Excel were reduced to 2 hours.
