Media & Public Relations BA (Hons) graduate with 5 years’ experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS), now training as a Social Worker Apprentice with Kent County Council in partnership with the University of Kent. Currently based within the Maidstone West Community Team (Adults), where I’m developing hands on experience in supporting individuals to navigate complex needs and build greater independence. Driven by a strong commitment to empowering people, I’m passionate about promoting autonomy, advocating for others, and making a meaningful, lasting impact within the community.

Support Worker – Child & Adolescent Mental Health Kent & Medway Adolescent Hospital Oct 2021 – May 2024 Supported young people with complex mental health needs in an inpatient setting. Contributed to care planning, safeguarding, and recovery-focused support while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and families.
Locum contract with Kent & Medway Adolescent Hospital (NELFT) supporting young people with complex mental health conditions on an inpatient general acute unit.
Provided care and support for young people in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting. Took on additional responsibilities as Security Champion, ensuring safety protocols and safeguarding practices were maintained while supporting therapeutic care and recovery.
