I've gone from studying marine biology to working in TV and film in Bangkok, running parking operations in NZ to managing airline transport tenders globally, and most recently, recruitment. Not the most obvious path, but if there's a throughline, it's people. Seeing what sparks curiosity, that "aha!" moment, and letting meaningful connections form themselves. That last chapter had me working with specialists in Cybersecurity and Financial Services across the UK and EU, building relationships rather than filling roles. Right now I'm somewhere between chapters: exploring an industry that's new to me, asking questions, learning what people actually need.

Supporting global transport operation through the management of airline contracts and supplier relations. Responsibilities: - Increasing, maintaining, and improving, the network of global suppliers. - Negotiating with key supplier accounts. - Creating new business for airline crew transportation through our tender process. - Detailed research and analysis of the market for suitable transportation providers. - Mediating effective and consistent cooperation between multiple global airlines and the supplier network. - Determine and apply effective sourcing strategies to secure new contracts and ensure service quality. - Setting up, contracting, and implementing, KPIs for new suppliers. - Prompt resolution of incidents, urgent changes, and emergencies, for both airlines and supplier situations.
