SUMMARY To manage the Operation and Maintenance of the Network on a National basis in order to: • Ensure a high quality Network experience for the end user (customer) • Maintain the value of the ATC passive Network assets • Provide 24-hour Operation and Maintenance of all passive Network functions ESSENTIAL DUTIES Oversee all Network operational activities: • Staff Administration tasks. • Co-ordination of Regional Managers. • SLA & KPI management. • Vendor contract management. • Monthly & weekly Progress Reports. • Effective management of escalations. • Provide cross departmental support. • Support the COO to achieve Departmental/Company KPA's. • Budget Management. • Ensure effective system support to the team. • R&D new systems, technologies & solutions
