Led Professional Development Design team responsible for creating training content that helped 200,000 educators use Wireless Generation’s innovative tools, systems, and services to implement data-driven, differentiated teaching for 3 million children.
Led a team responsible for training multiple levels of staff in all BELL regions to effectively implement BELL’s mission. As the department leader, was responsible for budgets, staff, and representation on organizational cross-functional decision-making teams. Accomplishments include: * Led the startup of BELL’s new e-learning. The summer pilot earned a Training Magazine Technology in Action award for Blended Learning and Performance Project of the Year 2008. * Supervised the startup of BELL’s webinar training program for managers, new in 2008, which resulted in significant cost savings. * Standardized the training curriculum and materials to ensure excellent training in all regions. All training was highly interactive and differentiated to meet the needs of multiple learning styles.
