I am currently working as a Team Leader at Alstom in Savigliano, where I manage the Complete Train department for various projects based con Smart Coradia platform. My responsibilities include team management, daily activity planning, non-conformity handling, KPI monitoring, and performance tracking, as well as technical documentation management. I serve as a key link between my team, the department head, Quality Engineering, and the Project Manager (PrTCM), coordinating task distribution and ensuring efficient communication. Previously, I worked at Collins Aerospace, focusing on departmental KPIs and certification activities, which provided me with a strong foundation in data and process management. My goal is to grow steadily in my role, gaining experience and taking on greater responsibilities. To support this ambition, I am currently pursuing a degree in Management Engineering, aiming to reach higher levels in my professional career. I am known for my leadership, stress management, organizational skills, and team-oriented mindset. I pay close attention to operational efficiency and process clarity. I also have an advanced knowledge of English and Excel, which I use daily to support performance and optimize workflow.
