I am a motivated senior executive with 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media and Advertising. I am currently developing a career in Brand Communication both Online and Offline. I have proven ability to work in difficult situations and provide a high level of service. I am passionate of all the Communication processes and activities, from Media Buying to Social Media, from Public Relations to Sponsored Events. I love Fashion and Cosmetics industries with particular reference to the Luxury sector. Coordination and execution of all the Media activities of Louis Vuitton in the southern part of the EMEA region. My daily areas of competence encompass: digital marketing (display, native adv and social media) and traditional media (print, outdoor communication, TV and cinema). Under the supervision of the Media Manager and with the support of a junior resource, I coordinate LV's communication activities in: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan and Bahrain).
Responsible for the management and execution of all the media activities of KIKO Milano. Development of the media strategy and budget definition for all the markets in which KIKO communicates worldwide. Execution and supervision of all the media campaigns both online and offline. Measurement of campaigns effectiveness through media KPIs and econometric models. Sharing of learning and best practice with other internal departments and with KIKO’s foreign branches.
Responsible for the execution of all the media and communication activities of KIKO Milano. My areas of competence encompass Digital and Offline Media Buying processes and communication projects for all the markets in which KIKO operates worldwide. I have daily relationships with the Media Agency and with the Publishers in order to develop the best marketing plan possible to reach the company's objectives, sustaining both the e-commerce and the brick and mortars. I basically take care of all the activities that deal with: - Digital Marketing; Brand awareness and Performance activities, including but not limited to: display, video, native adv, mobile marketing, SEM, affiliation and retargeting; - Social Media; - Offline communication: TV, Print and OOH; - Media projects that involves different means of communication in synergy; For each task, I follow the entire process of activation: starting from objectives definition and budget setting till the final analysis of the obtained results. I report directly to the Acquisition and Retention Manager that supervises the Media and CRM departments.
Clients I managed autonomously: Main client: Chanel (Fragrances and Beauty, Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery) Secondary clients: Intesa San Paolo, Ilsole24ore. Planning of digital advertising campaigns: brand awareness and performances. I was responsible for the preparation of digital strategies and the media plans; I managed the creative assets delivery process and the tracking codes setting; I defined the target of communication and I was responsible for the negotiation and buying of the online advertising spaces. - Direct contacts with clients and dealers in order to deliver the best media plan possible. - Delivery of detailed reports that evaluate the campaign's performances and analyze the overall results. - Responsible for the preparation of social plans (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube). - Proficient user of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics. - Very good knowledge of the programmatic buying. - Good knowledge of the logic behind print and TV campaigns. - Good knowledge and ability in managing campaigns dealing with: native advertising, drive to store, sampling distribution and local events. - Responsible for the training of a junior planner.
