As part of a small European team I am responsible for the representation of our different Websites in the DACH region. As a field resource it is my responsibility to visit our customers and create awareness of the advantages that our different platforms offer. In addition it is crucial to support our offices in any way possible to generate a higher reach within my region. Including regular visits and constant support via phone and Email. Any issues from customers go to my desk in the first instance. In collaboration with the sales manager as well as technical teams from Europe and the USA it is part of my task to constantly improve our online performance. In order to improve the customer experience when using our website, I am direclty working with the development teams in Hungary and the USA. We share ideas and strive towards improving our online presence as much as possible.
I am supporting my customer base of 75 customers in all their demands. Daily tasks include: Creating quotes based on customers' demands Closing sales regarding former quotes Managing orders by dealing with pull-ins or push-outs, delayed shipments, broken goods etc. always aiming to find the best solution for the customer Gaining information to update our customer data base Generating new business eg. by promoting Arrow's widely spread line card pro-actively calling customers to offer support Since beginning 2017 I am also responsible for the support of our Web-Shop. All requests from the DACH region are routed through me since I am the first contact for them now. I am the link between our technical office in Hungary and all customers who want to buy online and encounter any kind of problem.

As part of a Work and Travel experience I worked full time in this 5 * Hotel. I managed to improve my Spanish skills from a beginners' level to being fluent. Reception: 2 Months Service: 4 Months Working in a multi cultural team Being on a very flexible timetable including weekends and night shifts Dealing with a lot of stress especially when hosting big events. Being solely responsible for different working areas (bar, restaurant, etc.) Dealing with customers speaking German, English and Spanish.
